Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter Review

I received a sample jar of the Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter Body Moisturizer in my  January 2018 Target Box.

What’s to love?

I have mixed feeling about Soap & Glory. I love the packaging and the marketing and some of their make-up products work for me, but oh that scent!

I like the Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter but I’m not too crazy about the Original Pink scent which is fresh bergamot, mandarin, rose, jasmine, peach, strawberry, and soft musk & amber base notes. The scent is much too floral for me.

The cream itself is very nice. The thick white formula is a good moisturizer, I just can’t get past the scent!

Also be sure to check out my January 2018 Target Box Unboxing.

This is my go to body lotion. I use a tub of it a month and keep the travel size in my handbag and use through the day at work. The scent is strong, but I don’t mind it. Have you tried Hand Food by Soap & Glory? It’s a nice lotion, also, but that scent is so sugary sweet that I can’t use it.
It’s funny how everyone reacts differently to the scents! Great post. 🙂

I love their Sugar Crush sent. It’s a like scent that reminds me of a margarita. I have almost the entire Sugar Crush line except the body scrub. I’m almost done with the body wash. I like it but I got mine on sale. I’d buy it again at the sale price though.

I don’t love the scent but I like the body butter enough to get past it. Or I did until I discovered The Body Shop Body Butters. They are great and come in wonderful scents.
