Lush Ocean Face And Body Scrub Salt Review

I did a little Lush haul and picked up the Lush Ocean Face And Body Scrub Salt. I got the self-preserving formula which means there’s no synthetic preservatives.

What’s to love?

The self-preserving version of Ocean Salt is Vegan and it’s supposed to be a little gentler than the original version. I got this version because it has avocado butter and lime in addition to the Hand Harvested Sea Salt. Lush also uses silken tofu, mango butter and japan wax in place of lanolin in this version.

I love how Ocean Salt feels on my skin. It’s got a light grit and I feel like it cleans and conditions at the same time. I also love the smell. It’s a fresh salty scent with a touch of citrus. It also really does a great job on my oil skin.

Lush Avobath Bath Bomb Review & Demo

The Lush Avobath Bath Bomb is one of my favorites for Spring. The color of this one is a pretty green with yellow spots and the shade looks a little different in inside light (left) vs. outside light (right).

What’s to love?

The Lush Avobath is one of the lower priced Bath Bombs. I swear I paid $6.95 at the Lush store and it’s $6.75 online. Either way it’s under $7 which is nice.

To me Avobath is an intensely fresh bath bomb with a fruity, citrus and foresty scent which comes from lemongrass, bergamot and gardenia extract. The scent is strong but very relaxing.

Avobath has freshly mashed avocados and organic extra virgin olive oil which did make my skin feel very soft. The fizz is nice and the water turns a bright opaque green from Avobath. This one didn’t take very long to dissolve, it lasted about 3-4 minutes.

One thing that I like to do with Lush bath bombs is chop them in half. This makes them more economical. I just put one in a ziplock bag and split it with a butter knife, you do have to chop at it a bit to break it up. Putting it in the bag is less messy because they do tend to flake when you cut them.

Overall I love the Avobath is a new Spring and Summer favorite for me.

Price: $6.75

Lush Each Peach (And Two’s A Pair) Massage Bar Review

Ah Lush! You just have too many nice products including the Lush Each Peach (And Two’s A Pair) Massage Bar. Each Peach is a solid lotion that makes my skin feel amazing.

 What’s to love?

The funny thing about Each Peach is that it doesn’t smell like peach but it leaves my skin feeling as soft as a peach. Each Peach actually has a nice citrus scent from the lime oil, sweet wild orange oil, mandarin oil and grapefruit oil.

To use the Each Peach Massage Bar you just rub the bar onto dry skin and use it as a lotion. It melts very nicely into my skin. I’ve also used it in the shower and after a bath. It’s really a solid lotion that you can use any way that works best for you.

The ingredients include Shea butter, avocado butter and Mango Kernel Butter to moisturize skin. After I use this product my skin always feels silky and smooth and I like the strong citrus scent it leaves behind.

It is also a vegan product.

Price: $11.95
