Bath & Body Works Frosted Coconut Snowball Scent Review

One of the coolest Bath & Body Works holiday scents is Frosted Coconut Snowball which is new for 2016.

bbw.jpg

What’s to love?

Frosted Coconut Snowball is perfect for people like me who like coconut scents year round. I love that Bath & Body Works packaged a coconut scent around a holiday theme. The packaging on Frosted Coconut Snowball is a cute snowman or sled with a blue background which is nice for people who want to decorate with colors other than the traditional red and green.

The scent smells like coconut, Hawaii and a bit of vanilla/mint which adds a holiday touch. You can get the Shower Gel, Ultra Shea Body Cream, Body Lotion, Deep Cleansing Hand Soap, Fine Fragrance Mist, Pocket-Bac, Shea & Sparkle Scrub and Gentle Foaming Hand Soap in this scent.

According to the label Frosted Coconut Snowball has notes of Frosted Coconut, North Pole Vanilla, Winter Freesia, Snowkissed Woods and Spun Sugar.

I have to say that I love that Bath & Body Works has added so many new products and scents for 2016. The hardest part is deciding which ones to choose!

Lush Santa Christmas Fun Review (the final Fun in the Christmas trilogy!)

As you can probably tell I am a huge fan of the Lush Fun and today I’ve got the final Christmas themed Fun to share with you. I love that there is a Fun Christmas Trilogy!

So I present Santa Fun!

s

What’s to love?

The Lush Santa Fun is the most traditionally Christmas in that it’s…well…Santa! Combine this mix of white, black, yellow and red into your very own bathtub Santa Claus figure or make your own holiday creation!

This Fun is a spice mix of Jasmine Absolute, Ylang Ylang, Powdered Charcoal and Limonene and it smells amazing! My favorite part of fun is that both kids and adults can use it for bubble bath, shampoo and soap. I’ve tried it and it works great for all three!

The Lush Christmas Fun packages also make great stocking stuffers or little gifts at $7.95 each. I am going to stock up on these before they sell out.

Yep, I’m a Lush addict!

Lush Reindeer and Robin Christmas Fun Review

Lush is blowing my Christmas budget this year! I just love their entire holiday line. My most recent accusation is the Reindeer and Robin Fun.

f.jpg

What’s to love?

I love that you can create your own reindeer with this cute Fun kit that even includes “dark chocolate” cocoa butter bits to use for ears, hooves or nose.

You get four colors in this Fun pack: yellow, white, brown and red. The scents are very appealing too. You get a mixture of sweet cola, lime and Gardenia which creates an oddly woodsy and sweet aroma that smells like Christmas.

My kid absolutely this corn starch and glycerine based creation that can be molded into anything you like. It was works as a soap, bubble bath and shampoo. I usually slice the tube of Fun longwise to get all four colors to play with.

The package is $7.95 and we get about 5-7 uses from it. Fun is also Vegan and self-preserving which means that it lasts about a year. I plan on stocking up after the holidays when these go on sale.

Lush Pumpkin Halloween Bath Bomb Review

The Lush Pumpkin Halloween 2016 Bath Bomb is here and it’s amazing. I think this is my favorite Lush Fall scent so far (of course I say that all the time!)

lp.jpg

What’s to love?

The Halloween Pumpkin Bath Bomb smells a lot different wet than dry. It was a bit strong for me dry. The main ingredient is Pimento Berry Oil AKA allspice and I think it’s just super strong dry. When wet the allspice mixes with exotic pimento, sweet vanilla and warming cinnamon to create the most amazing warm scent.

This bath bomb is orange on the outside and yellow on the inside and when I say orange…I mean orange! Bright, beautiful Halloween orange which is nice but it does leave a reside. It does not stain but I had to wipe the orange ring out of the tub and if you get it on your skin undiluted it will leave a little orange too.

Overall I love this bath bomb, it’s great for cool October night and will leave your bathroom smelling so good!

Price: $6.95

Lush Monsters’ Ball Halloween Bath Bomb Review

My Halloween Lush adventure continues with the Monsters’ Ball Halloween Bath Bomb. This one is an amazing burst of color and scent and one of my new favorites.

hbb.jpg

What’s to love?

This pink and blue little monster packs a huge punch and is perfect for turning your Halloween bath into a purple spa.

First up, I love the design. It’s a pink one eyed monster with blue ears and so, so cute. The eye is Vegan Dark Chocolate (Sugar, Cacao Fat, Cacao Powder)…how cool is that?

This bath bomb is extremely bubbly and fun. From the minute I put it in the water I could see pink and blue bubbling off and the smell is amazing. Citrus an neroli perfume which smells so good!

The colors mix together as it melts into a beautiful purple shade that you can bathe in. The color looks so much like Halloween purple and felt so luxurious on my skin. This is definitely a new favorite of mine.

Lush Sea Monster Fun Review

If you’ve tried Lush Fun you’re probably love the Sea Monster version of Fun.

What’s to love?

Our house loves the original Lush Fun so much that we decided to try the Sea Monster version. While we didn’t actually create a cute sea creature we did love this product.

This one is a mix of lime, lavender and gardenia. It’s a bit stronger than the original version but it smells so good. My thought is that the strong scent is reminiscent of a good fairy tale sea monster.

Like the original you can use Fun as soap, shampoo and bubble bath. Our created a ton of bubbles and made the water a neat murky green. Such a neat product!

Lush Big Bang Bubble Bar Review

The Lush Big Bang Bubble Bar is just amazing. Ironically I just watched the The Big Bang episode of Doctor Who last night!

bb

What’s to love?

Big Bang is a delightful mix of grapefruit and lemon myrtle oil which makes it smell amazing. The design is so cute too. It’s a pink star embedded in a starry blue base with yellow stars.

This one also has cocoa butter and corn starch which made my skin feel amazingly soft. There’s not quite as many bubble as Brightside gave me but that might be because of the cocoa butter.

Another thing I wanted to note is that this bar is thick. I cut mine with a butter knife and get about 5-7 uses out of one bar.

Lush Frozen Bath Bomb Review

It’s like taking a bath at Elsa and Anna’s castle! Ok, maybe not but the Lush Frozen Bath Bomb is pretty cool.

f

What’s to love?

This one is really nice if you love roses and floral scents. While it’s not my personal favorite I can see why people love it so much. It’s a whirl of blue and silvery white shimmer and the scent is really strong.

The color is just amazing too, an arctic blue that reminds you of, well…Frozen! So Rose Oil, , Neroli Oil and Geraniol this could fast become a favorite for you. A bunch of the review also mentioned that it’s got a lot of glitter. Mine was shimmery but I didn’t have as much glitter as The Experimenter Bath Bomb.

This bath bomb is also a long one that takes about 8-10 minutes to dissolve and it did leave my feet and hands silky smooth.

Lush Guardian of the Forest Bath Bomb Review

I got the Lush Guardian of the Forest Bath Bomb to test in my latest Lush haul and it’s really, really nice. I was a bit worried I wouldn’t like this one but boy was I wrong. Woodsy works for me!

l1.jpg

What’s to love?

The one word to describe Guardian of the Forest is in fact Lush! This one smells so earthy with the main ingredient being Cypress Oil with some oakmoss absolute  mixed in. This one is definitely woodsy but I really liked it.

The colors are amazing too. For some reason the green reminds me of the forest in the Flash Gordon movie (how’s that for geeky)!

My tub water turned bright green with streams of yellow that come from the center of the bath bomb. My skin felt really smooth after this one and the green does not stain and there is a tiny bit of shimmer in this one which is nice.

Lush Sakura Bath Bomb Review

I did a quick little Lush Bath Bomb test today in Sakura!

l2

What’s to love?

This floral delight is wonderful to the scenes if you like Jasmine and Gardenia. I actually prefer the citrus scents a bit more but this one is nice. It’s basically white with some light blue and pink bursts.

This bath bomb does not last a long time like some of the others (like Fizzbanger) but if you’re someone who doesn’t like a lot of color in your bath this is the one for you. It also left my hands and feet feeling smooth and creamy!
