Strawberry Pound Cake Whipped Confetti Body Scrub Review

My absolute new favorite new product from the Bath & Body Works Sweet on You Bake Shop collection for Spring 2020 is the Strawberry Pound Cake Whipped Confetti Body Scrub. This shea butter and vitamin E formula not only smells amazing but it leaves my skin soft and moisturized.

The Strawberry Pound Cake Whipped Confetti Body Scrub has a mild exfoliation and the notes are fresh strawberries, golden shortcake & whipped cream. To me it smells like like fresh strawberries and cream and I’m definitely stocking up on this one! Bring on the bakery scents!

Lush Ocean Face And Body Scrub Salt Review

I did a little Lush haul and picked up the Lush Ocean Face And Body Scrub Salt. I got the self-preserving formula which means there’s no synthetic preservatives.

What’s to love?

The self-preserving version of Ocean Salt is Vegan and it’s supposed to be a little gentler than the original version. I got this version because it has avocado butter and lime in addition to the Hand Harvested Sea Salt. Lush also uses silken tofu, mango butter and japan wax in place of lanolin in this version.

I love how Ocean Salt feels on my skin. It’s got a light grit and I feel like it cleans and conditions at the same time. I also love the smell. It’s a fresh salty scent with a touch of citrus. It also really does a great job on my oil skin.

Bath & Body Works Eucalyptus Spearmint Smoothing Body Scrub Review

The Bath & Body Works Eucalyptus Spearmint Smoothing Body Scrub is so strong and amazing if you love mint like I do.

What’s to love?

I love the entire Stress Relief line from Bath & Body Works and the Eucalyptus Spearmint scent is one of my favorites.

This creamy foaming body scrub is really strong and I would recommend smelling it before you buy. I happen to love the Eucalyptus Spearmint scent, to me it’s so relaxing.

The scrub is moderately grit and uses walnut shell powder for exfoliation. It’s also got Jojoba Seed Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Spearmint Oil, Orange Oil, Peppermint Oil and Hydrogenated Caster Oil.

It leave my skin silky smooth and the scent does linger for awhile.

Price: $13

Bath & Body Works Tahiti Island Dream White Sand Body Scrub Review

The new Bath & Body Works Tahiti Island Dream White Sand Body Scrub is amazing and so pretty!

What’s to love?

This Hawaiian themed body scrub has Polynesian White Sand and Sea Salt to exfoliate and it’s so soft and luxurious. It leaves my skin feeling amazing.

I also love the scent of this one. It has Fresh Coconut Water, Sparkling Mandarin, Kiwi Blossom, Lush Frangipani, Tahitian Vanilla Musk and I could smell it all day. The coconut is light and I can definitely pick up the fruit scents.

The formula is also one of the prettiest I’ve seen. It’s a bright white pearlized luminescent shade with tiny black flecks and it feels very refreshing on my skin.

Tahiti Island Dream also comes in the Fine Fragrance Mist, Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Ultra Shea Body Cream and the Eau de Perfume.

I really want to pick up a few more of these before they are gone.

New Bath & Body Works Clay Body Scrub Review

Today I picked up the new Bath & Body Works Clay Body Scrub which comes in four new scents including  Almond & Vanilla, Jasmine & Green Apple, Lavender & Sandalwood and Wildberry and Chamomile.

I have been waiting for Bath & Body Works to release a clay scrub. I am a huge fan of their sugar scrubs and this clay one is amazing. I picked up Almond & Vanilla and Jasmine & Green Apple today.

What’s to love?

The new Bath & Body Works Clay Scrub uses Kaolin clay which I like and volcanic minerals. The formula has a medium consistency (not too thin, not too thick) and feels almost soft and fluffy going on. The first photo shows the product alone, in the second photo I added water and rubbed it in.

There is a bit of grit to the clay but it’s not abrasive which I loved. I felt like I got great exfoliation from it. I was actually blown away by how nice my skin felt after I used it. First you get the exfoliation, then the moisture kicks in. My hands felt like silk when I was done.

The scent of the Almond & Vanilla is a fresh musky/floral mix that’s both sweet and zingy. The Jasmine & Green Apple smells like fresh apples next to jasmine blooms. There is also a fresh citrusy scent mixed in. Lavender & Sandalwood is very soft and sleepy musky lavender. The Wildberry and Chamomile was my least favorite of the four. It’s nice but a little too floral for me.

Overall I am super impressed and thrilled that I now have a quality clay scrub for the shower. I hope they continue this line.

Price $16.50 (but don’t forget the Bath & Body Works sales and coupons).
