Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Amulet Review

My all time favorite lipstick is Vice by Urban Decay and I now found my favorite shade for Fall in Metallized Amulet.

What’s to love?

If you haven’t yet tried the Vice line by Urban Decay you are in for a real treat. The Vice line has 100 shades including cream, comfort matte, mega matte, sheer and metalizzed. Their lipstick is super high quality, does not bleed and has amazing staying power. It is also Made in the USA and has zero scent. The pigmentation is also amazing.

A few months ago I got a 24 sample pack from Vice as a “gift with purchase” and I absolutely fell in love with the Metallized Amulet shade. It’s a warm brown with a metal sheen. It reminds me of a bronze raisin color and it looks so good for Fall. I also want to try Trance which is another Metallized shade that’s a bit lighter.

Bath & Body Works Pumpkin Foaming Hand Soaps for Fall 2016

My second half of my Bath & Body Works Haul was some amazing Pumpkin Foaming Hand Soaps. These are fantastic! They all have a matching motif and a gold tone pump.

What’s to love?

Holy Moly these are nice! I am on pumpkin overload this week and that’s fine with me. My house is going to smell so good this Fall!

I love the Bath & Body Works Foaming Hand Soap. It’s the only one I use in the bathroom and kitchen. I love how clean and fast it washes off.

Today I got…

Pumpkin Cranberry Cider – The color of this one is a reddish orange and it smells so creamy and sweet. You can definitely smell the cranberry in this one and a bit of a cider scent.

Pumpkin Cupcake – This one is a light champagne color and and is also sweet and creamy and it reminds me of pumpkin frosting.

Pumpkin Berry Crumble – This one is blue which is kind of strange when you think about Fall or pumpkins and the smell is more blueberry than pumpkin. This is my least favorite of the bunch but still nice.

Coconut Pumpkin Latte  This one is a beautiful yellow color and my favorite of the 4. It’s mixing coconut, pumpkin and coffee was a smart move and smells so good.

Fall 2016 Essie Playing Koi Review

Essie just released their Fall 2016 Japanese inspired shades and they are beautiful! The collection consists of:

Playing Koi – flirtatious orange rust (which is what I got)
Maki Me Happy – crimson-wrapped berry
Kimono-Over – inviting damson plum
Now and Zen – timeless sage gray
Udon Know Me – mysterious stony blue
Go Go Geisha – antique blossom pink

I have been looking for a pumpkin spice shade and this is exactly what I wanted!

What’s to love?

Essie is one of my favorite high end nail polishes and their new Fall 2016 collection caught my eye because of the Playing Koi shade which looks like pumpkin spice to me!

The dark burnt orange looks amazing in person and is super shiny without being shimmery. My nails look like glass. In the photo I have one coat but I think I am going to add a second coat and do my toes.

Essie nail polish is easy to apply and two coats seems to work for me. The trick is to apply evenly otherwise you can get uneven spots. I can usually get about 4-5 days out of the Essie polish. I would probably get more days if I didn’t use my nails as tools!
