Bath & Body Works has brought back Confetti Daydream for Spring 2021 in a beautiful white, pink and lavender holographic faceted design! The las time we as Confetti Daydream was in December as part of the Roaring 20’s collection. This new design is beautiful and perfect for Mother’s Day!
The scent notes in the Bath & Body Works Confetti Daydream are: fresh raspberries, sparkling pear and blue iris.
It’s a fresh fruity scent that smells dreamy and pretty for Spring or Summer.
I ordered up a slice of the Lush Layer Cake soap with my holiday order because we received a sample last time and loved it although we have a bit of a mystery as to what colors go with what scents. Lush cuts you a slice off of a huge chuck of soap and what you get is always a surprise.
The layers are grape, orange, blueberry, pineapple and raspberry juice and the colors of the entire soap creation are yellow, green, orange, purple and red but I’m not sure what scent goes with what color although I do love it!
What’s to love?
First up I am thrilled that I got red and green Christmas colors, I wonder if Lush planned it that way! The bar smells amazing and very fruity and honestly I can’t discern what particular fruit my bar is but that’s OK, I love it anyway.
The main ingredients are fresh orange juice, glycerine , rapeseed 0il and coconut which I found to lather and moisturize well.
I was actually surprised that this soap got kind of Meh reviews on the Lush site. I actually love the scent, found it to last and loved the lather. Perhaps they reworked the formula?
In honor of the Fourth of July I bring you “The Comforter” Bubble Bar from Lush. I wanted to review something fun and festive today (this kind of reminds me of fireworks)!
What’s to love about this Bubble Bar?
Lush Bubble Bars are a household favorite for us. These bars are truly an experience. The bar itself is hard (like clay) and I usually break off a piece for bath time. When you break it there is some crumble but just scoop those up and throw them in the tub.
“The Comforter” is one of my favorite smells. It’s a fruity combination of blackcurrant and citrus. Run a piece under the faucet for some serious bubble action. The Bubble Bar will also turn the tub water a light shade of pink We always have soft skin after using these little wonders and the bathroom will smell amazing for a good while.
I tend to like the fruity bars more than floral but do try a few to figure out what your favorite is.
Have a Happy Independence Day and wash that holiday dirt off with a Bubble Bar for maximum clean!
