First up the compact with this palette is amazing. It’s got a blue and aqua fabric case which is so pretty. It’s well constructed with a very nice mirror and 13 round eye shadow shades.
I am a huge fan of Clinique eye shadow and these are just as nice. The colors are my favorites with brows, taupe, green, blue, pink, purple and bronze in the mix. They are nice and pigmented and look so pretty on my eyes.
My only issue is with the brushes. When they are loose they fly out when I open the case so I took those out.
Overall I am thrilled with this palette. I think it’s a great deal for $39.

The Bag – I really love this bag. It’s got a cute lipstick and lips pattern that’s really pretty.
Clinique Superbalanced™ Silk Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF 15 – This is actually a new product. I didn’t realize this when I was doing my video because the packaging is the same as the Superbalance Makeup. You’re also supposed to get a choice of 4 shades with your gift. The woman at the Clinique counter didn’t give me a choice, maybe she was just guessing based on my skin tone but if I get anther gift I’m going to request the Silk Ivory. I got the Silk Canvas with my gift.
Clinique All About Shadow in Beach Plum – I think this is my favorite item in the gift. I love the Clinique Eyeshadows and the purple in this one is so pretty.
Clinique High Impact Mascara – This is one of my favorite mascaras. It gives me big bold lashes and it never clumps. I also like the samples because they last about a month which is about how long I keep mascara…I’m a big germaphobe!
Overall I think this is a great gift. The eyeshadow, lipstick and mascara make the bag.
I also created a YouTube video of the “unbagging” in my new space! I’ve even got some Stranger Things inspired lights going on.
