Laura Geller Best Of Baked Palette

I am a huge fan of the Laura Geller Baked collection so when I saw this Laura Geller Best Of Baked Palette I had to pick it up.

This palette kind of reminds me of ice cream, you get 1 highlighter, 1 foundation, 1 blush and 3 eyeshadows in the palette including:

Baked Highlighter in ‘Golden Rose’ -This light foundation color looks luminous and beautiful. I use it on my forehead, cheeks and nose. It’s lightweight and non-oily.

gr

Baked Balance-n-Brighten Color Correcting Foundation’ in ‘Medium – I love this multi-tone foundation. It works great above my cheeks.

Baked Blush-n-Brighten in ‘Pink Buttercream’ – This blush is perfect! It’s “Infused with swirls of liquid pigments” and works great on my fair skin.

I swatched these colors below. They are light but luminous and look amazing on my face.

You also get 3 Baked Eyeshadows  in Guava, Sand, Cocoa. They eye shadow shades are on the light side but they have amazing shimmer and shine. The first shade, Guava is my favorite of the three.

Bonnie’s November Beauty Favorites

I decided to start a monthly “Favorites” post to share some of my favorite go-to products for the month. I feel like there is a Fall theme in these products. Here are my favorites for November!

n

Bath & Body Works Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte Ultra Shea Body Cream – This cream has been my daily favorite for November. It’s smells amazing and more than one person has asked me what I was wearing. Time to put it away tomorrow in favor of Magic In The Air for Christmas.

Lush Mask of Magnaminty – I love this minty kaolin mask for Fall. It’s done wonders on my dry skin. I reviewed it in June and it’s still a favorite.

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Amulet – I can’t get enough of this bronzey metallized shade. It’s perfect for Fall and has a Harry Potter feel to it. Here’s my full review.

Urban Decay Perversion Mascara – I love the big bold lashes I get from this mascara. It’s very luxurious. Here’s my full review.

NYX Bright Idea Illuminating Stick – I’ve been using this NYX Illuminating stick almost everyday. I just put a touch above my cheeks for a bright look. Here’s my full reviewfull review.

Clinique Cubby Stick in Lots ‘O Latte – When I don’t have time for full eye make-up I just applied a little of this eye tint for a beautiful look. Here’s my full reviewfull review.

Laura Geller Baked Blush in Pink Grapefruit – More Laure Geller Baked products are on my Christmas wish list. This blush is a beauty! Here’s my full review.

Borghese Eclissare Color Eclipse ColorGlass Lip Gloss – I use this for a touch of shine when I got out! Here’s my full review.

Here are my favorites on my face (minus the Borghese Gloss). I literally did a 3-minute make-over after spending the day raking up the November leaves!

Laura Geller Spackle Tinted Under Make-Up Primer in Champagne Review

I got this 1 oz. sample size of the Laura Geller  Spackle Tinted Under Make-Up Primer in Champagne from Ulta with a purchase and I am super impressed. I surely need a good spackle lately!

lg

What’s to love?

When you’re over 40 you’re always on the look-up for products that smooth and brighten skin and I think I’ve found one that works for me in the Laura Geller Spackle.

This oil-free, unscented primer is light beige with a hint of shimmer. I apply a thin layer on my face before applying my make-up and it does give me a nice healthy glow without being too shiny or slick. It also feels very moisturizing on my face. It it formulated with White Tea, Centella Asiatica and Aloe Vera Gel and it’s Made in the USA which I love.

It also does a great job at covering my dark circles which I need!

Laura Geller also has a cool Spackle Finder http://www.laurageller.com/spackle-formula-finder on their website. I’d also like to try the Control Oil and Shine formula.

Price: $32 for 2 oz.

Laura Geller Baked Blush-n-Brighten Pink Grapefruit Review

A few days ago Ulta send me an e-mail to come into the store for a free gift with purchase. I got the Laura Geller Baked Blush-n-Brighten Pink Grapefruit and I love it!

lg1.jpg

What’s to love?

I’ve been wanting to try the Laura Geller Baked Blush for awhile now and I am so thrilled with the results. This blush is a beautiful pinky-orange marble color that is definitely warm.

However what I really like about this blush is the texture. Sometimes a blush is so hard in the pan you get very little product on your face. This one is a lot looser (but not a powder) so you get a ton of product on the brush, you just have to do a little blending to get it perfect.

This blush looks so smooth and pretty on my face as it’s a bit shimmery too. I love that it makes me glow, great for us girls over 40 who need a little extra glow in our lives. I  really want to try Pink Buttercream next.

This product also has zero scent and is Made in Italy. The Full-Sized product is $28.

Also check out my 2017 Ulta 21 Days of Beauty Video. You can buy the Laura Geller Baked Blush-n-Brighten for $14 on March 29th 2017.
