Bath & Body Works Italian Getaway Hand Soaps

This week while shopping the last of the Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale I managed to snag all 5 of the new Italian Getaway Foaming Hand Soaps and I am loving them!

The collection consists of 5 scents, here are the notes —

  • Limoncello – Sorrento Lemons, Sugared Mint & Fresh Verbena
  • Capri Ocean – Marine Waters, Crisp Cotton & Ocean Air
  • Cranberry Peach Prosecco – Sweet Peaches, Tart Cranberry & Gala Apple
  • Summer Tiramisu – Espresso Bean, Creamy Vanilla, Whipped Sugar
  • Italian Lavender – Italian Lavender, White Jasmine & Sheer Vanilla

My favorite scent is the Summer Tiramisu which is an amazing coffee scent with a little cream. Wow this one is nice and perfect for the kitchen. I am also loving the labels on these new soaps.

I picked the French Lavender Pocketbac for my Eiffel Tower and it smells amazing! So much fun to add a little ooh la la to my desk this Spring!

Lush Deep Sleep Shower Jelly Review

The Lush Deep Sleep Shower Jelly is so relaxing! It’s a beautiful amber color with streaks of gold and the scent is so relaxing!

What’s to love?

Deep Sleep can definitely  be for men or women. The scent is fresh orange, lavender oil and chamomile and it’s infused with Sunflower petal. It also lathers up really well and leaves a lingering scent.

Dr. Teal’s Foaming Bath with Pure Epsom Salt Review

I am having a garage sale this week so I’ve been using the Dr. Teal’s Foaming Bath with Pure Epsom Salt for my back and I’m loving it! This sample came in one of my Target boxes and I’m going to need more.

What’s to love?

I’ve used Epsom Salt crystals in the past but now I’m really like the foaming variety. The Dr. Teal’s Foaming formula feels more spa-like. It’s a Epsom Salt bubble bath that smells amazing. The scent of this one is call ed Smooth and Sleep and it’s got a relaxing lavender smell.

The clear formula rinses clean and leaves me feeling so relaxed and pain free.

  • Relax and Relief which is Eucalyptus and Spearmint
  • Detoxify & Energize which is Ginger & Clay

The Eucalyptus and Spearmint is next on my list to try.

Lush Baa Bar Bubble Bar for Mother’s Day 2017

Ah, I am so in love with the new Lush Baa Bar Bubble Bar. This cute little sheep smells so good!

What’s to love?

This luscious Bubble Bar is not only cute but it smells good too. At first I thought it was straight Lavender but it’s actually got Bergamot Oil, Clove Bud Oil, Jasmine Absolute, Rose Absolute, Violet Leaf Absolute, Ylang Ylang Oil and Lavender Powder. It does smell very relaxing and the scent stayed with me.

The Baa Bar Bubble Bar is purple and white and I was surprised when I cut it in half that there was more purple. When I melted the purple part the bath water did turn a nice Lavender and the bubbles were pretty good.

Overall I think this one is very nice and would make an excellent Mother’s Day gift. It does come in the Best Friend’s Mother’s Day Gift too.

Lush A French Kiss Bubble Bar Review

The A French Kiss Bubble Bar is what I imagine being in a French Lavender field smells like. This bubble bar is so nice…I know I say that about all Lush product, but really this one is special.

What’s to love?

I am seriously in love with the “A French Kiss” Bubble Bar and I’m not even a floral fan. This one smells like the French Countryside (I think, although I’ve never actually been to France) but holy moly this one smells good. It’s a combination of lavender, rosemary and thyme.

The bar itself is a swirl of purple and white with a sprig of Lavender that sticks out the top. It’s easy to use too. I cut off a one inch piece and crumble it under running water to create a mound of soft white bubbles and a purple hued water. These bubble bars are pretty easy to cut and I get about 5-7 uses out of each one.

I really feel like this bubble bar is good before bedtime as the Lavender scent is so relaxing.

Lush Sea Vegetable Soap Review

I ventured out to Lush today and got a nice haul that I want to share with all of you. Now if you’ve never been to a Lush store and go for the first time be prepared for a real treat. The smell when you first walk in is so incredibly amazing. It’s a mix of fresh fruit, earthy floral, herbs, the ocean chocolate, vanilla and about 27 other scents you’ll want to learn about.

The first item in my haul is the Lush Sea Vegetable Soap which is one of my favorites.

What’s to love?

I think Sea Vegetable is definitely on my Top 10 Favorite Lush soap. This one is a beautiful opaque aqua color with black swirls and it looks like the ocean. Then on the top of the soap it’s got a crust of stimulating sea salt that’s is amazing for exfoliation.

Sea Vegetable also has lime, lavender and seaweed absolute and my skin feels so soft and invigorated when I use it. This scent is to relaxing to me, it really feels like a spa product.

Lush Serendipity Soap Review

While Serendipity is not an official Valentine’s Day pick for Lush I think it would make a great Valentine’s Day gift. I got a sample in my last Lush order and it smells like a Lavender field (or what I imagine one smells like…i’ve never actually been in a Lavender field!)

What’s to love?

If you’re someone who loves the calming effect of Lavender this soap will probably be a favorite. While I’m not a huge fan of floral scents I did enjoy this one. The two tone purple soap has little tiny lavender buds embedded in the outer translucent ring.

This one lathers up so well with smooth bubbles and my hands felt very moisturized after using it and the scent does linger a bit which is very relaxing.

This however is a Glycerine based soap so it is slippery. You need to keep an eye on it or it will shimmy away.

I actually want to get this one for my mother-in-law for Valentine’s Day, she loves Lavender and I think it would make a very pretty gift.

Lush Jumping Juniper Shampoo Bar Review

Jumping Juniper is now my favorite Lush Shampoo Bar which means that I have a serious addiction to these shampoo bars because I am always discovering a new favorite!

What’s to love?

Jumping Juniper is so fresh. It’s a combination of lavender and rosemary with some citrus and juniperberry oil mixed in. I was attracted to this bar because it says it’s for oily hair which I defiantly have.

The lather on this bar is super thick, smells amazing and made my hair feel really clean. I did notice afterwards that my hair was softer and shinier and then next day I had less oil so I’m thinking it works.

So I’m adding this one to my Lush Shampoo Bar rotation and I’m sure I’ll find a new one to add to the mix soon!
