Lush Santa’s Postbox For Valentine’s Day? You Bet!

I was so excited to get my Lush Santa’s Postbox. It’s actually perfect for Valentine’s Day! I love repurposing holiday items. This is kind of like taking the green M & M’s out of the clearance Christmas stash and using them for Valentine’s Day. I did get the a slice off of the huge Santa’s Postbox and not the mini red postbox with gold accents.

What’s to love?

Santa’s Postbox consists of a delightful mix of red, orange, pink and purple chucks of soap which really is nice for Valentine’s Day! These are still for sale on the Lush North America site for 50% off and I want to get a few more.

The scent of Santa’s Postbox is definitely orange. It has Fresh Satsuma Juice, Bergamot Oil, Sicilian Mandarin Oil and Orange Flower Absolute and it smells amazing!

It also has Coconut Oil for moisturizing and the suds on this one as so soft and nice. This bar is great for the bath or as a hand soap and I think it would make a great gift.

Lush Outback Mate Soap Review

I have been wanting to get my hands on some Outback Mate Soap for awhile now but I forget to order it this time and I haven’t been to my Lush store in awhile but today I got a sample piece in my latest holiday order and I’m thrilled! I must get my hands on this one soon.

What’s to love?

The color of Outback Mate soap is amazing. It looks like a geode or the ocean and every piece is different. I love the Lush glycerine soaps and they smell amazing and moisturize my skin so well. Eucalyptus, peppermint and lemongrass oil make up the scent of Outback Mate and it smells amazing both wet and dry. I also did a very unscientific poll in my house and both the men and women love this scent. This might be a great soap to get your guy for Christmas.

One note is that Outback Mate bleeds blue everywhere which I find kind of cool but I wanted to let everyone know that it is a bit messy.

You could seriously just use this soap as art for your bathroom it’s so pretty. I also wanted to share how this soap is made. Lush created a neat YouTube video that really shows the quality and art that goes into making Outback Mate!

Now I just need to let my husband know I want to full sized bar for Christmas!

Lush Reindeer and Robin Christmas Fun Review

Lush is blowing my Christmas budget this year! I just love their entire holiday line. My most recent accusation is the Reindeer and Robin Fun.

What’s to love?

I love that you can create your own reindeer with this cute Fun kit that even includes “dark chocolate” cocoa butter bits to use for ears, hooves or nose.

You get four colors in this Fun pack: yellow, white, brown and red. The scents are very appealing too. You get a mixture of sweet cola, lime and Gardenia which creates an oddly woodsy and sweet aroma that smells like Christmas.

My kid absolutely this corn starch and glycerine based creation that can be molded into anything you like. It was works as a soap, bubble bath and shampoo. I usually slice the tube of Fun longwise to get all four colors to play with.

The package is $7.95 and we get about 5-7 uses from it. Fun is also Vegan and self-preserving which means that it lasts about a year. I plan on stocking up after the holidays when these go on sale.

Lush Pink Magic Wand Reusable Bubble Bar Review

I am seeing Christmas everywhere which is kind of cool and one of the things I love most are the Lush Magic Wand Reusable Bubble Bars. This pink one is so cute and magical!

What’s to love?

This pink star is covered in silver glitter and shimmer and it smells just like sugar or bubble gum or cotton candy or a combination of all three! If you like sugary scents this one is for you. It also reminds me of unicorns! These make great stocking stuffers for both kids and adults.

The Magic Wand Reusable Bubble Bar can be cut into pieces to produce a mound of pink bubbles. Mine did pretty good job in the bubbling department and the water turns a nice shade of pink.

My only issue with this one is the stick. The wooden popsicle-style stick feels a bit flimsy compared to the cinnamon stick on the Magic of Christmas wand which feels super sturdy but other than that I give this wand an A+.

Price: $8.95

Lush Peeping Santa Bubble Bar Review

Here’s another great find from the Lush Christmas collection! The Peeping Santa Bubble Bar is super cute and smells wonderful.

What’s to love?

The Lush Christmas Bubble Bars have got me in super bath mode. The Peeping Santa bar is bigger than I expected and quite hefty. He fills my hand up pretty good although mine looks a little sad.

The good news is that this cocoa butter bubble bar smells amazing too. To me it smells like a combo of strawberry and candy. I cut poor Santa up into 5 pieces which works pretty well. The Dairy-Free Chocolate Drop “eyes” are also great fun for kids to play with among the bubbles.

This one is a nice bubbler and great fun for both kids and adults and they make great stocking stuffers. I heard first hand from my daughter that the tween crowd LOVES Lush.

Lush Snow Fairy Christmas Fun Review

I got my first Lush Christmas order yesterday and I am so excited and I’ll be reviewing Lush Christmas products right up until December 25th. First up is one of three Fun products that Lush has for the holidays called Snow Fairy, this one is amazing!

What’s to love?

I think this is my favorite Lush Fun variety for holiday season although they are all really, really  nice. Snow Fairy is a shimmery white, gold and pink mixture that smells like candy (it’s all bubblegum and vanilla) and you even get little wings and a wand to make your own Snow Fairy.

What I love about Fun is that you (and the kids) and create any shape you want. Get creative with creating a magic wand, white cat, pink hat or a gold turtle! Kids seriously love making all kinds of great stuff with Fun and they get clean.

I literally love walking into Lush during the holidays I just need a reasonable budget.
