Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick Review

This is a month of Mini’s! I got this mini Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick in Slow Burn as part of the Give Me Some Nude Lip set and it’s very nice. This is my first Marc Jacobs product and I am super impressed with this creamy nude lipstick.

What’s to love?

The first think I noticed about the Marc JacobsLe Marc Lip Crème is that it is in fact super creamy. It glided on like butter and there was no need for me to use a liner. The color I got was Slow Burn and it’s a beautiful light, light mauve that was super pigmented and not patchy in the least. The finish is a matte cream and not the least bit drying. It also has no scent.

Oh and the colors! I am seriously in love with all 25 shades. Rum Raspberry looks like a shade I had in the 80’s that I loved. It’s a bright berry.

It’s supposed to give 10 hours of wear and it did hold up for me most of the day although did reapply mid day.

I do feel like the case could be a little nicer for being a high-end product. It’s a light weight oval black plastic case with a sliver button on the front.

The Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick is definitely on the higher price end at $30 and that’s my only hesitation on buying a full-sized product. I tend to like owning a lot shades and spending $30 on on lipstick would definitely eat my budget pretty quickly. This would be one that I would get with a coupon or in a set.
