Lush XL Turtle Immersion Jelly Bomb Demo & Review

Lush did an amazing job in creating an XL Turtle Immersion Jelly Bomb. This green and aqua turtle is pretty darn cute and smells or pine needles, cypress and sandalwood. Sodium Alginate gives the Jelly Bombs their “jelly” consistency.

I love that the Jelly Bombs make my skin nice and smooth but the water does get a bit “swamp-like” in color and texture in the bath. The sliminess does easily rinse with soap and water. If you like science you’re going to love the Turtle Jelly Bomb!

I do like the XL size and you can cut this turtle in half or thirds for extra bathing!

Lush Karma Bubble Bar Review

I wasn’t sure I’d love the Karma Bubble BarKarma Bubble Bar because it has patchouli but lately Lush has got me loving products that have patchouli in them.

What’s to love?

The Karma Bubble Bar has a patchouli fragrance and it smells so exotic. I used to hate patchouli but then I started using the Karma Komba Shampoo Bar and now I love the scent. Karma also has pine, sweet orange, lemongrass and lavandin oils to add to the amazing scent.

I also love the pyramid shape and colors. Karma is a pinky-purple with and orange band and gold glitter. This one make tons of fragrant bubble and turns the bath tub a beautiful pink-purple shade.

I get about 5-6 uses out of Karma by cutting it up into smaller pieces which makes the price per bath much lower too.

Michel Design Works Snowy Night Shea Butter Soap Bar Review (you’ll smell like a pine tree!)

Barnes & Noble carries Michel Design Works Shea Butter Soap and it’s simply amazing. I reviewed Merry & Bright a few weeks ago and wanted to share Snowy Night too.

What’s to love?

Snowy Night smells just like a fresh cut pine Christmas Tree. I can’t help but think about Clark Griswold chopping down that tree in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation when I smell this soap but that’s just because I’m a Pop Culture fanatic.

Seriously this soap smells so good and it’s about the creamiest Shea Butter soap I have ever owned. This soap is perfect in a guest bathroom, kitchen or go ahead and take a shower with it. My skin feels amazing after using this soap and I literally smell like the Christmas Tree which intrigues my dog.

I also love giving these as gifts. The wax seal reminds me of something you’d find in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter so that’s a plus for me too.

Price: $8.95

Thymes Frasier Fir Soap Review

Every year I pick up a Thymes Frasier Fir Soap for the holiday season. It’s so pretty I usually don’t unwrap it until late December.

What’s to love?

This triple-milled soap has got the most natural and beautiful woodsy pine scent I have ever smelled. It reminds me of Christmas and makes my bathroom smell so nice. It’s also got super smooth lather and while I usually have it has a hand soap I have used it in the shower and my skin feels amazing afterwards.

I also love that it does not get all mushy and gross in the soap dish. It’s got great staying power for the holidays!

So if you’re looking for a great pine soap, this may be the one for you!
