The sale runs from Monday, June 14th, 2021 to Sunday, July 11th, 2021.
Have A (Before Shopping) Plan In Place!
The Bath & Body Works SAS Sale is a super fun and crazy time but it can get crowded especially this year with stores lifting capacity restrictions so here a few things you can do to have a better shopping experience.
Pick which day you are going to shop double check the store hours and restrictions.
Make a list of nearby stores that you’re going to want to check out. Remember, each store could have different inventory.
Inventory your collection and figure out what you need. Shower Gel? Hand Lotion, etc. and what you want — Candles, Room Spray, Decor pieces.
Create A Budget – I recommend having a weekly budget as you’re going to want to shop the new deals that come out each week, however a budget
Be prepared with coupons, your wish-list and payment method. It’s probably easier to pay with a credit or debit card than cash if your store is crowded.
The Big Day! What happens when you arrive at Bath & Body Works SAS?
Each store will be a bit different and Bath & Body Works has gotten rid of those familiar red bins that we’ve been used to in years past, now all product will be on shelves. Here’s what to expect —
Bring A Friend! This year is so much better than 2020 was and shopping with a friend is a lot of fun. You can tag-team and both be on the look out for great deals.
Bags At The Entrance – Most likely as you enter the store you’ll be greeted by an associate and you’ll pick up your red and yellow SAS “Duck” bag to carry around your products (the blue mesh bags are gone now). They might also offer you a “candle carton” if you are looking for candles.
Long Lines – Even though most stores have lifted capacity restrictions there could still be long lines at the registers. Arriving early means more selection but arriving later could mean shorter waits.
Lots and Lots and Lots of Sale Products! It’s very easy to get overwhelmed, especially in big stores with a White Barn Candle Co. attached. The key is to remember that this is fun! Take a deep breathe and enjoy your journey through the store. Look at everything and don’t shop too fast.
Different Price Points – Bath & Body Works typically has a 50% off section and a 75% off section along with set prices like $1, $3 and $7. It’s best to shop the 75% off sections as those will be sold out first. Note – Some store won’t have any 75% off sections until later in the sale.
Look for different products! – SAS means discounts on things like Car Fragrance Refills, Candle Holders, Concentrated Room Spray, Wallflowers, Hand Cream, Lip Balm, PocketBacs, Perfume, Scrubs, The Wellness Collection, Aromatherapy and more. So be sure to look for these products during the sale.
Don’t Sprint! The Bath & Body Works SAS is so much fun and it lasts for almost a month so don’t blow your budget on day 1. As the sale progresses the prices can get better so save some of your budget for the end of the sale.
Why Shop Online? Sometimes it’s a bit more leisurely to shop online in the comfort of your home. I recommend both in-store and online as there could be some products that are exclusive to both! My hunch is that Bath & Body Works will start with 50% off online. If you want 75% off in-store will have a better selection.
Check out the candles first! Candles are usually 50% off and the online exclusives and sell out fast!
Be on the look out for coupons! Today I got a $10 off Any $40 Purchase in the mail. We could see these in our e-mail or online too.
There will be a huge selection new new and repackaged products out for SAS. I just picked up the new hand soaps. As new products arrive I’ll update my list.

Lush is a bit on the pricey side and I admit to blowing my beauty budget in one trip but is it really possible to enjoy Lush on a budget? I say it is and here’s how.
Don’t use the whole thing! – I never use an entire Bubble Bar or Bath Bomb in one shot. The bubble bars cut up very easily and I get 7-10 uses out of the large ones like Brightside. I’ve also been known to hack apart a bath bomb. It’s a little more effort to break these up but it can be done. The Bath Bombs are pricey at $6.95 to $12.95 each so getting a few soaks out of one is worth it.
Set a budget before you walk into Lush. – Walking into Lush is an amusement park for your senses and it’s so easy to just haphazardly start throwing things into that cute Lush basket but it can add up fast so keep a metal tally of how much you’re spending and stick to your predetermined number.
Check the expiration date and buy the correct size. – Lush has a ton of amazing facial cleansers but most of my favorites expire in 3-4 months and you don’t want to end up throwing out excess expired product. For example I buy the 3.5 oz tub of Dark Angels for $14.95 and that lasts me about 3 months because I only use it 1-2 times per week and a little goes a long way. Also keep in mind that the Lush Fresh Masks only last 2 weeks so those are good to share with a friend.
Share with a friend. – Another way to save money is to share with a friend. It’s super easy to chop up the Lush glycerine soap. I cut them up for my guest bath but you could get 4 of your friends together and each buy one bar. Then just quarter the bar and everyone gets to try four different varieties.
Shop the Lush Boxing Day sale. – Every year on December 26th Lush has a 50% off and Buy 1, Get 1 sale on Boxing day for their holiday collection both online and in stores. This is a great time to stock up and save a ton of money. Even the gift boxes are on sale.
Try a shampoo bar. – I get 40 to 50 washes out of a Lush Shampoo Bar. The bars run $9.95 to $12.95 which comes out to about .20 per shampoo which I think is worth it.
Get samples. – When you go to a Lush store not only do you get to try everything you can even take home sample pots. I get 3 to 5 samples every time I go to Lush. I love trying the hair products before I buy. Each pot gives you 3-5 uses.
Turn in your black pots. – This is a great deal. “Bring back 5 empty, clean black LUSH pots to your local shop for recycling and we’ll give you a Fresh Face Mask, FREE!”
The bottom line is…don’t be intimidated by what you’ve heard about Lush. While they are known for being pricey on some products you can really get a nice stash for just $25 and don’t forget the samples.
Tarte is one of my all time favorite make-up brands but I don’t have a full-sized Amazonian Clay Blush. I do have the Paaarty Shade sample sized that I got as my Sephora birthday gift and I can’t believe how much I love it.
I just started using this shade earlier this week and I’m really impressed with the over-all finish of this blush. It’s soft, pigmented and very blendable but what I like most is that it doesn’t make my 40+ skin look old or wrinkled. It really looks smooth and pretty and the Amazonian clay really does minimize my oily areas.
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush comes in 8 shades:
Blissful (matte warm peach)
Blushing Bride (rosy pink)
Dollface (matte light pink)
Natural Beauty (matte rosy red)
Glisten (shimmering peachy pink)
Peaceful (shimmery soft nude peach)
Captivating (matte warm peach)
Dazzled (shimmery soft rose)
I really want to pick up Dollface and Natural Beauty during the sale.
