The Wet N Wild Pac-Man Collection Is Driving This 80’s Girl Mad!

As an 80’s girl who did indeed spend a great many hours playing Pac-Man I literally squealed with joy when I saw that Wet N Wild was releasing a Pac-Man Make-Up Collection. However my hopes were dashed when I found out that it was only available online at Ulta for about 3 1/2 seconds…that’s less time than it takes to be eaten Blinky, Pinky, Inky and/or Clyde!

I’m not exactly sure why Wet N Wild is denying middle-ages moms the privilege of owning Ghost Gloss in Pinky but I am freaking out! Why oh why is this set sold out? Are they bringing it back? I need answers.

I am seriously hoping this is just a pre-launch and the Pac-Man Collection will show up on the Wet N Wild website which I am checking daily because this almost 50 year-old girl geek would be pretty darn happy to wear some fruity blush right now!

Hopefully you’ll see a review coming soon!

Wet N Wild MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick Review

I received a Wet N Wild MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick in Nice To Fuchsia in my May Target Beauty Box and it is so nice!

 What’s to love?

Holy Moly is this a pigmented liquid lipstick! When I first saw the tube for The Wet N Wild Catsuit Matte I was thinking…there is no way a 47-year-old woman can wear this shade…but boy was a I wrong. It actually looks amazing.  Catsuit Matte comes in 13 shades including this bright pink called Nice To Fuchsia.

It was super easy to apply and the doe foot is a good quality.  It’s also not runny or patchy at all. After drying Catsuit felt surprisingly moist on my lips. I think this is one of the first liquid lipsticks that didn’t dry my lips out too much. It did however leave a mark on my cup during dinner but without eating the staying power was great. I’d love to try a nude shade next.

The shade looked very pretty on my lips and not quite as intense as it looks in the bottle. This formula has no scent and is Made in China.

Price: $4.99

Wet N Wild Fantasy Makers Halloween Glitter Palette Review

Today I was at Target and picked up a Wet N Wild Fantasy Makers Halloween Glitter Palette for my kid. I am usually leary of no-name Halloween make-up so I was excited that Wet N Wild has some cool Halloween products. They even have tutorials for the Halloween line.

What’s to love?

I go crazy for anything glitter, call me that middle-aged mom who has a glitter obsession! This palette was on a display of Halloween make-up from Wet N Wild and NYX and the selection was amazing. I want more.

I chose the Mesmerizing Mermaid palette which has gold, orange, white pink, purple and green glitter face make-up. You get a single ended foam applicator with this set.

The gold, pink and purple colors are large glitter and have great pigmentation. The only one that was a little sparse was the purple. Pink looked the best.

The orange, white and green are finer shimmer shades. The white one was really light while the orange and green had much better coverage.

Overall I am thrilled with this fine and am excited to experiment with Halloween looks. It is Made in China, but Wet N Wild has been around for a long time so I’d rather use them then a no-name brand. This feels like a quality product and has very little scent.

Price: $3.99
