What’s to love?

First up, the packaging is gorgeous! It has raised glittery snowflakes and moose with a blue and white background.

The notes in Sparkling Nights include: iced pear, sheer freesia, sugared coconut, sandalwood & white musk. It has a very fresh scent with a fruity note and it’s very pretty. It feels like a cool scent to me.

Sparkling Nights comes in the Ultra Shea Body Cream, Fine Fragrance Mist, Shower Gel, Super Smooth Body Lotion and Bath Fizzy.

The Bath & Body Works NEW 2018 Winter Preview also has: Winter Berry Wonder, Snowy Morning and Snowflakes & Cashmere.

Vaseline Holiday Winter Lip Tin Review

I braved the grocery store this morning (in the snow) for some last minute Thanksgiving items and found a giant Vaseline Holiday Winter Lip Tin 3 Pack! How cool is this? It’s got a neat sweater design on the front and comes in blue and red. I got the blue one.

What’s to love?

I actually picked up the Rosy Lips variety back in August and am still loving this product.

I am also a sucker for holiday packaged products and this giant Vaseline tin is just so cute. I’m going to use it as a family stocking stuffer (everyone can have a some tin), then I’m going to snatch back the large tin for coins or buttons or something.

You can never have enough Vaseline lip therapy in the cold weather!

PS – Yes, we put up the tree today!

Essie Winter 2016 Nail Polish in Ready To Boa Review

I’m continuing my Fall frenzy with a selection from the Essie Winter 2016 Nail Polish collection. Ready To Boa is my Fall favorite shade so far.

The theme of the Essie Winter 2016 collection is “I’m into love, peace and getting groovy” which has a fun “swinging sixties London” feel. Kind of like Austin Powers maybe? They even have a shade called “Oh Behave”.

What’s to love?

I chose the Ready To Boa shade because I’m really into the bronzy, coppery metallics lately and this one looks great with my new Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Amulet.

The color of Ready to Boa is a beautiful multi-dimensional brown with shades of gold, red and bronze with the mix. It’s also got a great shimmer to it!

Essie is a super high quality brand too and this polish goes on very easily. I am wearing two coats but one coat gives great coverage too.

The colors in the Essie Winter 2016 Collection are:

Getting Groovy – metallic gold palladium

Go With the Flowy – cloudlike dove gray

Satin Sister – sleek ebony peacock blue

Oh Behave – minx peach frost

Party On A Platform – london garnet red

Ready To Boa – glistening bronzed mahogany

Bath & Body Works Magic Is In The Air Body Cream Review

The second part of my Bath & Body Works haul was for the brand new Magic Is In The Air Body Cream that I had a free coupon for and it’s my new favorite scent.

m

What’s to love?

The new Bath & Body Works Magic Is In The Air Body Cream is worth going into the store for. The scent consists of Almond Flower, Sparkling Persimmon, White Iris, Whipped Vanilla Bourbon and Fluffy Sandalwood…how’s that for a combo?

I use the Bath & Body Works Body Cream as a perfume and I love this new one so much that I also got the matching Pocket-Bac. It’s light and airy with a Winter bite, it’s neither a floral or a fruit but somewhere inbetween. It’s prefect for jeans and sweater weather. The Bath & Body Works cream is also so moisturizing and luxurious, it’s one of my all time favorite creams.

I also got a slew of new holiday coupons with my haul so I’ll be going back soon.

Bath & Body Works Winter’s Magic Foaming Hand Soap Review

I just got back from the Bath & Body Works $2.95 soap sale and got a nice haul.

Number one on my list was the new Winter’s Magic Foaming Hand Soap set that includes Fresh Sparkling Snow, Frosted Cranberry, Snow Kissed Citrus, Vanilla Snowflake, Winter White Woods, Sparkling Mint Blossom. I got 4 of the 6 but smelled them all.

First up I love the bottles, they are festive without being cartoony. The bottles also have a textured glitter which I love.

Vanilla Snowflake (Gold) – This classic warm vanilla and coconut scent is perfect for the bath or kitchen and a favorite of mine. It’s a bit different from the classic B&BW Vanilla Bean Noel which is nice.

Fresh Sparkling Snow (Blue) – This awesome kitchen scent is pear and melon with a “winter musk”. I think it smells fruity and spicy. It’s so good.

Sparkling Mint Blossom (Green) – I am a mint fanatic so adding another mint soap is fine by me. This one is a sugary mint and very Christmasy.

Winter White Woods (Clear) – This woodsy scent is white birch, juniper berry and vanilla. I love this scent for the guest bath. The bottle has pine cones which I love for the holidays.

Snow Kissed Citrus (Blue) – I have a ton of citrus scents so I passed on this sugary lemon one but it is really nice.

Frosted Cranberry (Red) – This is another great kitchen scent with a nice fruity smell. It’s so pretty too.

Overall I give this set a 10/10 for being so pretty and diverse. These soaps also makes great gifts!
