OPI Nail Lacquer Review

I needed a little color on my nails today so I picked up some OPI Nail Lacquer in Cozu-Melted in the Sun.

What’s to love?

I am so in love with the Cozu-Melted in the Sun color. It’s a super light shimmery pink that’s almost a nude with tint. It’s a great mid-Summer break from the darker shades I’ve been wearing and looks great with everything.

OPI is also such a quality polish, there really is a difference between the high and and low end polishes (although I like both). The OPI Nail Lacquer goes on super smooth and dries really fast with a beautiful finish and texture, it’s got just a tiny bit of roughness that gives it a 3-D look.

I really want to pick up some more OPI shades for Fall now that I’ve tried it.

Have you tried any Wet n Wild polishes? The Megalast is a really great polish. It stays on well and looks like a shellac manicure. $1.99 at Walgreens.

I’ve had really good luck with inexpensive nail polish. Between Wet n Wild, Ulta brand and Sally Hansen, Essence, Pure Ice, etc. I could go on for days. I’m too cheap to spend more than $6 bucks for polish. I know for me, as long as I have a good base coat, and top coat, the polish really doesn’t matter. Plus I’ve been using No Lift Nails cuticle oil for the past 8 weeks or so. It seems to help my manicure last longer, and makes my nails like rock.
