*Spoiler Alert! I’m showcasing the September 2106 Allure Beauty Box today.
I got my September Allure Box yesterday and opened it today. It’s got a few nice products and a few that I’m going to gift to my family.
The theme this month is “Speed Dating”, you get product that work and work quickly.
Here’s what I got in the September 2016 Allure Beauty Box!
I also have to say that I love the red box that you get each month. I am going to cover these and use them for the holidays.
Pur-lisse Blue Lotus 4-in-1 Cleansing Milk – Last month Allure included the Pur-Lisse Blue Lotus Balancing Moisturizer in their box and I haven’t had a chance to try it yet so this will be a nice pair to test our. Full-Sized Price: $36
Supergoop Shine On Lip Screen SPF 50 – This water resistant Lip Screen with be perfect for the last days on the pool at it has an SPF 50. Full-Sized Price: $22
Eau Thermale Avene PhysioLift Eyes – That’s hard to say! This product is supposed to “help fill wrinkles, firm and plump the skin and reduce the appearance of puffiness and dark circles.” Well I’ll take that! Full-Sized Price: $44
GrandePrimer – This is the most unique item in the box. It’s a white lash primer that’s infused with vitamins to condition and prevent breakage. It’s Made in Italy. Full-Sized Price: $24.95
Orly Breathable Treatment + Color Nail Polish – I was super excited to get this full-sized bottle of the brand new Orly Breathable formula as it’s free of toluene, DBP and formaldehyde. I got the Nourishing Nude shade and I’ll be doing a full review soon. Full-Sized Price: $8.95
Bulgari Omnia Coral – This is the only item that I’m kind of “meh” about. I’m not a big perfume wearer and this was the Allure free welcome gift so I have plenty. This one is nice but is getting gifted to family which is nice because I can share my loot. The bottle also has a really neat design. Full-Sized Price: $66
I give this months box a 9 only because of the perfume. I’m excited to try all of the other items and plan on doing full reviews.
Cool! Looks like you got some good stuff Bonnie. I’ve been thinking about signing up for the Allure box, you just changed my mind. Thanks! Definitely worth $15 bucks for sure.
I really like mine! So exciting to see what I get every month : )
Which do you like better, Ipsy or Allure?
That’s a tough one. I think Allure give you more for your money but Ipsy is nice because you get the bag.
Yeah, but how many bags can you have? I have given away most of mine. I’ve been getting Ipsy for five years, so I’ve collected a ton of bags! I was giving them to a local women’s shelter and to my niece.
True : ) That’s a lot of bags, but put to good use!
