The Clinique Liquid Facial Soap has been one of my all-time favorite staples for my entire life. It’s kind of like an old friend. I haven’t picked this up in awhile but I recently got one for my husband and he’s loving it.
What’s to love?
Clinique has a really neat way to determine skin type. You are either a 1, 2, 3 or 4.
- Very Dry to Dry Skin
- Combination Dry Skin
- Combination Oily Skin
- Oily Skin
I picked the #2 type which is the Liquid Facial Soap Mild.
The clear liquid gel comes in a pump and is so easy to use. I pump 2 times and lather into my hands with water. If you just apply the gel to your face it will feel a bit gooey so it’s better to lather first. The lather is very soft and bubbly and perfect for washing my face. It always rinses clean and my face feels softer after I use it. It also works on my oily areas.
This product is Made in the USA, Allergy Tested and 100% Fragrance Free. While it does not have an artificial fragrance it does have a slight sent that to me smells uniquely Clinique and is one of my comfort scents. Really, it just smells so good!
Overall I really like this formula and may just get a bottle for myself to use again. It has never irritated my face and is a wonderful staple product.
