QUEEN OF THE GIRL GEEKS – Bonnie Diczhazy

In October my friend and collaborator, Lenny Pinna and I produced a 90 minute TV pilot for In The Name Of Jamie Wakefield. Lenny is the screenwriter and actor for this 6 part limited TV series and in an effort to get the story out we premiered the pilot “Tedd and Henry, Albert and Jamie” on YouTube in the hopes of getting the attention of a larger production company like Netflix or Amazon.

Set in 1943 ‘In The Name Of Jamie Wakefield’ centers on the two year correspondence between 19-year-old gender confused Tedd Burr and famous Kings Row author Henry Bellamann. The episode stars actor / screenwriter Lenny Pinna who plays 25+ characters, using a blend of dramatic reading and a unique performance style.
